Role Overview:

For our WM Reply Team in Manchester, we're currently recruiting Microsoft Power Platform software developers with a strong interest in joining a leading Microsoft Gold Partner. As a Microsoft Power Platform consultant, you'll develop new systems and applications on the basis of detailed specifications which will include designing, coding and debugging of Microsoft applications.

Start date: September/October/November 2026 (Flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Defining and documenting Microsoft Power Platform flows
• You'll create technical design specifications and will them into implementation details
• Supporting the general delivery process on projects, helping the customer with on-site support activities
• Understanding and analysing a client's organisation/operation and requirements in order to produce recommendations, technical design documents and time/cost estimates

About the candidate:

• A minimum Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) is required in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technology-related field
• Initial exposure to Microsoft technologies like Power Platform, Copilot, M365 and C# would be an advantage
• Strong inter-personal and communicative skills
• Solid knowledge in software languages like Java, Python, C#, C/C++, Go, React or JavaScript
• Passion for customer facing project delivery within a leading IT consultancy
• Flexible regarding local and international travelling as well as working across different projects
