Morgan Stanley is a true global citizen, with offices around the world where talented, passionate people bring excellence and integrity to everything we do. Our vision and goals can only be achieved through hiring, training and rewarding the best people. We believe attitude is just as important as aptitude. We want to work with and develop students and graduates who show integrity and commitment to our core values, who share our commitment to providing first-class service to clients and who are open to innovation.
Gaining work experience before you graduate adds great value for you and for us.
We offer 10 or 13-week summer internships (dependent on location) that give promising penultimate year students the chance to experience one of our key business areas in an enjoyable and intellectually challenging way.
While allowing you to experience Morgan Stanley and our culture first hand, internships also serve us well. They provide the primary pipeline for our full-time programmes.
These well-structured programmes include technical and soft skills training, workshops, senior management presentations and social events designed to give you a unique experience in the financial services industry and at Morgan Stanley.
Morgan Stanley accepts applications from all STEM degree disciplines. Ideally you should be in your second year of a three-year course or third year of a four-year course and available to start full-time employment in 2023.
We've signed the Gradcracker feedback pledge.
(This means that we will supply feedback if requested after an interview.)
