Through two 18-month rotations, this programme offers a structured pathway to accelerate your professional development. You will be supported with a broad range of learning opportunities across key finance competencies, including accounting & reporting, business partnering, financial planning, financial controls, risk management, direct tax, and treasury.
Supported by development opportunities and hands-on experience, you will build the core technical and leadership skills needed to succeed in your role and grow into a future Shell leader.
