The people I've worked with have been wonderful. They're welcoming, friendly, and patient of the many questions I have. They are also very encouraging of the work I do.
There is also a large variety of projects with some being from other countries, which I find interesting as there are differing requirements.
Every day I learn something new and as someone who wants to keep learning new things, this has been fantastic.
