One aspect of my placement which has gladly surprised me, is the amount of influence I have so early in my career.
Cundall’s working environment fosters ideas and creativity which has enabled me to bring to fruition any tools or workflow processes that I think could be useful.
From this I’ve been able to get involved with many exciting projects with the Sustainability team, meet and learn from talented people, and have the tools I help produce be utilised by Cundall and shape the way we work.
