The Recruitment Process

At FTI we typically open our graduate and internship applications at the beginning of September and close these roles mid-late November.
 
During this period we continually review applications and contact successful candidates to invite them to complete our online testing.

We typically ask applicants to take verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning assessments. We encourage applicants to practice verbal reasoning and numerical questions from any other test provider before they take our test.

Successful applicants will then be invited to a MS Teams video interview and assessment centre/final stage interviews will be done face-to-face.
 
A note on ChatGPT/AI Language Models - At the moment we are not refraining applicants from using ChatGPT. As an employer, we adopt new technologies and innovation and we encourage potential new recruits to do so. Students may use such tools as an aid with their applications but should not solely copy and paste answers from the tool. Please note we will be assessing skills further at the face-to-face assessment centres as well to validate their skillset.

Any applicants who require reasonable adjustments to be made should mention this during the initial application and we can then ensure this is built into the next stages of the process for them.
