The graduate recruitment process at Wood is designed to be straightforward and accessible. Graduates can apply for positions here on Gradcracker.
The application process has been designed to be simple and user-friendly. After clicking 'Apply online now' simply create an account, choose the role you're interested in and upload your CV.
Stage One: Interview: If you are successful, you will be invited for an interview either in person or on Microsoft Teams.
These interviews will last around 30 minutes with the hiring manager and a member of the recruitment team. These interviews are where managers are eager to learn more about you, your knowledge and your experiences.
Stage Two: Assessment Centre: After all interviews have been completed, you will be notified to attend an Assessment Centre.
The assessment centre is a great opportunity for you to visit the office, meet senior leaders and the team you could potentially work with. The day consists of various activities that are both solo and group work.
Final Stage: After the Assessment Centre, we aim to provide feedback within two weeks. If successful, your offer will be sent out shortly after.
