Initially, it was to do with being able to merge my degree (MEng Chemical Engineering) with a passion of mines, that being computer coding and AI. There are lots of things if I am honest, but probably the biggest one is working with the people. Being a new graduate, I have not once felt like I can’t ask someone a question. Also, everyone is very willing to take time out of their day to help.
As a graduate, it was embrace getting something wrong and learning from it. Everyone is happy to help and explain any mistakes you might have made. If you only make them once and ensure you learn from it, then it is never a bad thing.
