What initially drew you to this job?

I wanted to work for Wood due to its global reach and the diverse nature of the organisation. In addition, my family and friends described it as being a great place to work. After over a year here, it’s clear that Wood genuinely cares for and invests in its people, fostering excellent career opportunities.

What do you enjoy most about working at Wood?

The people and culture of Wood make it a great place to work. Starting a new career can be daunting however, the support you get from the Early Careers Network, Global Graduate programme and colleagues has made it very easy to adapt and enjoy my place of work.

What's the most valuable lesson you've learned during your time here?

The most valuable lesson I have learnt is to not be afraid, make sure to speak up, ask questions and engage with your colleagues. Expanding your network and learning from those with experience is crucial for career growth. Not only can you learn from them, but they are also keen to get new ideas from graduates.
