About The Role
We’re excited to expand our Operations division with Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2026 intake, based in Coppermills/Hampton in the Thames Framework working amongst our Surveyor specialists.
What will you be doing?
Working within the commercial team you will support the commercial manager by providing assistance in the following;
Administrating our contracts and issuing the correct contractual notices
Producing integrated cost forecasts for projects
Managing commercial issues related to withheld, disputed or disallowed costs
Assisting with resolution of disputes and learning negotiation strategies
Assisting with subcontract preparation following procurement
Assessing interim and final accounts
Pricing additional and varied works

What will I need to be considered?
Have achieved or on track to achieve your degree in Quantity Surveying but we will consider other RICS accredited degree
Eligible to work in the UK - Unfortunately, this role does not meet the minimum salary requirements for sponsorship on this role
Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport) Meaning a full UK driving licence would be preferred.
Flexibility - Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.
Great communication skills. (Written and Verbal)
