Our Full-Time Analyst Programme is a two-year experience designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles and purpose. The programme begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities - all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.

Teams you may be considered for:
Global Accounting and Product Services (GAAPS) - Provides effective oversight of outsourced providers’ performance and acts as a subject matter expert for the fund accounting operation. The team also plays a key role in building and reviewing the fund accounting control framework and contributing to product development/launch at BlackRock.
Global Investment Operations - Responsible for all operational elements of the trading lifecycle. GIO delivers a globally consistent operating platform that is an industry leader in delivering scale, efficiency and risk management using technology to disrupt market infrastructure and leverage new technologies through integration with Aladdin.
Outsourced Platform Services (OPS) - OPS provides accounting and regulatory data services to clients who have outsourced their accounting/middle office functions to BlackRock. This team focuses on developing investment process solutions for clients. We evolve our accounting operating platform and extend asset class coverage to provide more implementation services at greater scale while reducing risk and giving our clients a best-in-class experience.
Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) Solutions - Supports new account openings, new client implementations, portfolio accounting processes and billing, to name a few. Our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience and make the myriad of processes and interactions as seamless and efficient as possible for the client.
This function is known for:
Operational excellence: Delivering a consistent and effective service model across all elements of the client and trade lifecycles.
Relationship management: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and external partners.
Service delivery: Managing the firm’s funds aligning to the Retail, Institutional and ETF client businesses, providing scalable and custom solutions to clients and analysing trends to improve service and client deliverables.
Technology and data focus: Understanding the flow of client, market and fund information across BlackRock and external data providers and working alongside our systems engineers and UI developers to build the next generation of BlackRock’s tools.

Eligibility:
Candidates should be graduating from an undergraduate or Master’s degree programme between June 2026 - July 2027. We welcome applications from candidates studying any STEM degree subject.
Please note local language fluency is required to work at our Continental Europe locations. However, only English is required for Budapest or for a position within Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
