Our Full-Time Analyst Programme is a two-year experience designed to empower and support Analysts in connecting their personal passions and strengths to BlackRock’s mission, principles and purpose. The programme begins with an orientation to learn about our purpose, business and strategic priorities - all while gaining insights into the day-to-day life of an Analyst at BlackRock.

Data Operations: Responsible for processes required for the end-to-end investment management process, providing operational support to BlackRock’s portfolio management teams and client groups. The team owns the day-to-day relationships with external service providers, such as banks and data/index suppliers, ensuring that we optimise BlackRock’s relationships.
Platform Engineering: Drives the resiliency and stability of BlackRock’s technology platforms. The team comprises engineers, developers, DevOps experts, business analysts and more, all working to drive innovation in the industry.
Technology Operations: Supports technology businesses by working with cyber and information security, web tech engineering, innovation labs and technology enterprise services.

Fixing difficult problems: The most critical software and hardware issues come through and stop with us. We’re always looking for new solutions and projects to improve our platform's performance, security and resilience.
Stability and Resiliency: Hurricanes, snowstorms, hardware failure and software bugs all pose a real threat when trillions of dollars are at stake.
Collaboration: We work with all areas of BlackRock, from developers to relationship managers, to ensure we continue to provide outstanding service as we grow.
More than just a team: It’s easy to picture us as a community rather than just a department. When we’re not solving some of the most complicated challenges in FinTech, we’re coordinating hackathons, team charity days, tech meetups, running groups, table tennis, jigsaw puzzles or video game tournaments and much, much more!

Once you submit your application, you will receive an email to complete a pre-interview assessment. You have up to five days to submit your pre-interview assessment; if you fail to do so, your application will be automatically withdrawn.
Eligibility:
Candidates should be graduating from an undergraduate or Master’s degree programme between June 2026 - July 2027. We welcome applications from candidates studying any STEM degree subject.
Please note local language fluency is required to work at our Continental Europe locations. However, only English is required for Budapest or for a position within Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
