About the role

This role will provide you a holistic view of marketing, in the real world, where you will actively contribute to building our Tassimo brand! Tassimo plays a leading role in transforming the way we drink coffee in the UK – making it possible to enjoy a wide range of coffee shop style drinks at the touch of a button in your own home.
Through this internship you will build capability in social media marketing, market intelligence, project management and innovation. You will lead exciting marketing projects with support and training from the UK&I Marketing Team and agencies.
You will have exposure in category innovation and renovation projects, product portfolio development, design & artwork evolution and in-store activation. You will be actively involved in brand performance tracking and analysis.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Social media management: you will be responsible for the various social media channel associated with the Tassimo brand.
Project management: you will be responsible for content calendar management, relationship building with social media agencies and talent management of influencers, photographers, etc.
Day-to-day marketing support: you will support the rest of the marketing team with ad-hoc projects which will vary widely and manage the relationship with the internal B2C team to provide them with assets/copywriting for new and existing products.
Innovation support: this will involve tasks like asset creation, working with creative agencies on photoshoots, new banners for the website and creating social media posts.
Support on PR: managing the relationship with the PR agency to help approve article, journalists, content creators and influencers. You will also coordinate and organise delivery of samples.

Job requirements
Studying in a relevant field, such as Social Media or Marketing or have marketing/social media modules in your degree
A keen interest in, and passion for, social media marketing
Experience utilising various social media platforms
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Experience of copywriting would be advantageous
Able to build and maintain relationships with various internal/external stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication
Proactive and able to adapt quickly

A starting salary of £20,000 plus a £1,500 (after tax) sign on bonus paid in your first week with the business.
