Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs)KTPs are a UK-wide programme designed to help businesses improve their competitiveness and productivity through shared knowledge, technology and skills. KTPs are a three-way partnership between a UK business, WMG at the University of Warwick and a suitable graduate who can lead on a strategic business project. As a KTP Associate, you will own the project and be supported by experienced University and company supervisors. This provides the opportunity to make a real-world impact and implement strategic development within an innovative company. During your project you will receive dedicated mentoring and personal development including a substantial personal training budget. Associates are encouraged to spend 10% of their total project time on training activities and all associates attend off-site KTP training to spend time with other associates from around the country. |
