Why does D&I matter?

We believe that by drawing up on the combined strength of our diverse workforce, we can be stronger as a business and better serve and represent our clients and customers around the world.

Network Groups

Through our network groups, we are proud to connect employees with similar personal identifiers, career aspirations and personal interests. We currently have 15 network groups across the UK&I business, with 1200 employees signed up- and counting!

They encompass gender, age, ethnicity, LBGTQ+, faith, working families, ability and interests. Supported by our senior leaders, the network leads and members work as ambassadors throughout the business to ensure inclusion remains at the heart of everything we do.
