Assessment Process

Our Assessment Process is a simple, four stage process designed to get the best out of you.

Hear from Amy, a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Experian Early Careers team, on what we look for in a great CV.

1. CV Application

All applications are managed online and are reviewed by a member of our team.

When you find a role that interests you, simply apply to get started with your application. We’ll ask you to upload your CV, provide some basic personal details, and answer a few basic questions. Cover letters are optional.

2. Online Assessments

As part of our application process, you’ll be invited to complete an online assessment. These assessments are designed to help us get to know you better - your strengths, your thinking style, and how you approach different types of challenges.

They’re a great opportunity to showcase your abilities beyond your CV.

3. Video Interview

The third stage of our application process is a one-way, pre-recorded video interview. You’ll be asked a series of short questions, each with a set time limit to respond.

The video interview plays an important role and helps us get to know you on a more personal and professional level.

The final stage of our application process is an Assessment Centre, which typically lasts around 4 hours.
