These can be anything from silent discos to theatre trips, so there is something for everyone. If you are sporty, there is also a range of activities and teams you can join. Free Sports & Social Club to all Early Career members – which gives EC members access to Sports & Social events across the UK, such as The theatre, golf, horse racing, air shows, festivals, overseas trips etc.

	Health and Wellbeing Programme Our Health and Wellbeing Programme raises awareness and offers support for all our UK members. It focuses on mental health, ergonomic issues and health risks. Mental Health First Aiders - CGU have over 300 Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) across the UK, who are fully trained to support our members as and when required. Oxygen Programme - Supporting members in their efforts to adopt a healthier lifestyle through a variety of preventive and awareness activities and services.

	Member Assistant Programme (MAP) MAP offers you and your family free and confidential psychological counselling and support services for personal or professional challenges.
