- Mental Health First Aiders - CGU have over 300 Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) across the UK, who are fully trained to support our members as and when required.
- Oxygen Programme - Supporting members in their efforts to adopt a healthier lifestyle through a variety of preventive and awareness activities and services.
