As the Data Analyst for our Operations department you will work as part of a small team to ensure supplier information is correct and up to date.
This could be a good position for someone who already has a practical skillset with some Excel formulas and a problem solving mindset to be able to find efficient and accurate methods to update information from our suppliers.

Create supplier specific auto matching solutions to update supplier data onto Reconomy system to minimise manual work and human error.
Produce and maintain spreadsheets, system tools and applications for the use within the department and the wider business
Obtain missing information by communicating with colleagues and suppliers by phone and email
Ad-hoc checking of existing contracts and information to report irregularities to your manager
Required skills and experience
Prior experience of managing and manipulating data in Excel
Confident using formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, AND, and CONCATENATE
Ability to liaise with suppliers to collect missing information
