Rail-Ability Ltd is an award-winning UK SME that specializes in manufacturing and converting specialist Road-Rail mobile plant used in Railway Industries Worldwide for carrying out railway maintenance, renewals works, and new infrastructure installations. Rail-Ability offer a fully encompassed service, taking projects from initial concept stage through to the finished working product, all from their central Midlands factories.
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Stafford. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including the company's network infrastructure, hardware and software systems, and data security.
The role offers flexibility for some remote work and has the potential to grow into a group wide role covering three businesses.
