Our offer is split into two parts: a four month training programme, followed by a two-year deployment as a consultant with one of our brand-name clients.
Our free 12–16 week training programme is led by industry experts and covers software fundamentals, data engineering, data analytics, and business analysis, along with high-performance professional coaching. It is designed to equip you with the technical and professional skills that are needed to excel in our clients’ roles and make meaningful contributions from day one of your career.
After the training programme, we aim to place you with one of our various brand-name clients where we will then employ you on a £30,000 p.a. salary. You will work with the client for 2 years (your salary will rise to £38,000 p.a. in your second year) to help them solve real-world problems, while we continue to develop you technically and professionally. If you excel during this time, there is the potential for the client to offer you a permanent position for after your deployment ends, this may even come with a promotion which we will support you towards!
