Application Process

We have new training cohorts starting every two months and are constantly hiring. In order to apply, you do not need to have any prior data or technical experience; all you need is a problems-solving mindset, a desire to work hard, and the motivation to do great work to help others.

Once you have completed our application form, there are four stages to our assessment process:

1. A series of online games that give us an insight into how you think through problems. These games are fun to complete and should not take longer than 45 minutes!
2. A more traditional online assessment where you are asked a set of questions that give us an insight into what makes you tick. This should not take longer than 40-50 minutes to complete.
3. A 30-minute Zoom interview with one of the friendly Sigma Labs team.
4. A 45-minute Zoom technical interview with one of our technical coaches.

The only stage that requires any coding knowledge/ability is the technical interview. This may seem daunting, especially if you have never coded before, but don't worry - we will help you to learn and prepare for this as part of the application process, and remember, no prior technical experience is required.
