I would describe my graduate programme as fun and full of opportunity. There is loads to get stuck into, not jut within your team but across the business.
What I have found most valuable is being able to exercise all of my different interests through rotations within product engineering; it has fed my curiosity.
Within my roles, I've gained loads of knowledge whilst being given space to showcase my skills and make a meaningful impact in my teams. This experience has been a great start to my career and I look forward to progressing further.
