About the position
Aurora’s Software Solutions team is building the global investment analytics platform for the energy transition. It is a seamlessly integrated suite of software products allowing our users to value and benchmark any asset or portfolio, under any business model and market scenario, anywhere in the world. Widely adopted by leading energy companies and investors, the platform changes the way that energy market analytics is performed and delivered.
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Customer Success Analyst to support software accounts within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with clients to enable them to achieve business value, while developing deep technical expertise for Aurora’s software suite together with a good understanding of the wider context within the energy transition. They will work in a creative, intellectually stimulating, and supportive environment, and play an important role in driving one of Aurora’s key strategic priorities while supporting critical energy sector investments.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with the regional Customer Success and sales teams to maximise user value and satisfaction throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through request resolution and renewal cycles
Build relationships with software accounts in the region as you operate at the interface between client and product, developing deep understanding of use cases and conveying feedback to product teams in order to influence product roadmaps
Develop technical expertise across Aurora’s software suite, and accompanying market knowledge, as you lead onboarding processes and support a wide range of software-related enquiries, contributing to internal knowledge bases and collaborating cross-functionally across a global team when escalations are required
Monitor usage data of software accounts in the region in order to proactively anticipate and solve issues, and work with the regional team to implement strategies to drive higher adoption
Play an active role in fostering Aurora's software community in the region
What we are looking for
Required attributes:
We will consider candidates who have at least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to rapidly ramp up expertise in the SaaS energy space
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topics
Exposure to B2B customer engagement, with a passion for delivering value to clients
Logical and process-driven individual with an eye for detail
Experience in analysing, interpreting and deriving insights from complex quantitative data and information
Deep interest in the energy transition
Desirable attributes:
Consulting and/or energy sector experience
Well-versed in SaaS products/processes
Understanding of Customer Success processes and proficiency in related software
