Early Year Development Programme

The Shearwater Waves Programme is designed to help new starters that are early in their careers transition into the workplace. It works alongside individual technical training and kick starts your career. 

Programme participants could be joining us in a graduate, apprenticeship or entry level role, anywhere in the world and in any of our diverse business lines. It’s a fantastic way to work and collaborate with peers from other divisions and cultures.

What can I expect from the programme?

As a Two-year programme to enhance technical and professional skills, our Waves Programme exist of a Global cohort from different disciplines. In addition to the on-the-job training, our graduate colleagues also get a designated Shearwater mentor and will take part in a collaborative group project.

Who is the programme for?

Whether you are interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Corporate Services or Offshore opportunities, there is an exciting role for you at Shearwater. For anyone joining us in a Graduate, Apprenticeship or Entry Level role, you will join the Shearwater Waves Programme.
