Employee Resource Groups at Northrop Grumman

Globally, thousands of enthusiastic Northrop Grumman employees are engaged in our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Across more than 260 chapters, these groups include those supporting African Americans, Asian Pacific Islanders, Hispanics, Native Americans, women, people with disabilities, veterans, LGBTQ+ employees, young professionals, parents, multiple generations, remote employees and environmentalists. NGND provides knowledge and understanding of Neurodiversity, supporting colleagues, and their families, to achieve their potential.

greeNG

greeNG ERG is a volunteer employee community designed to create an atmosphere where employees can gain and share knowledge, solve problems, build relationships and enhance personal development and growth related to environmental interests. We encourage the employee population to reinforce the company's commitment to the environment by volunteering to support the company’s Environmental Sustainability priorities, improve local area communities and accelerate initiatives that matter to the employee population.

NGWIN

NGWIN, Northrop Grumman Women's International Network, seeks to inspire women to lead succeed and excel both personally and professionally. Our mission is to energize women by providing a forum for networking, development, knowledge sharing, community outreach and recruitment, while collaborating to produce opportunities for advancement, leadership and mentoring.

PrIDA

Pride in Diversity Alliance focuses on fostering an inclusive environment for all employees to strive and fulfill the highest level professional growth in Northrop Grumman.
