I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my placement with Celanese at the Newport site. For anyone looking to strengthen their interpersonal abilities, develop strong workplace values, and build meaningful communication skills, I couldn’t recommend this experience enough. My time here has helped me develop not only as an engineer but also as a person.
From day one, I have been trusted with real responsibility and encouraged to take on challenges that pushed me outside my comfort zone. What has made this journey especially rewarding is the unwavering support of the inspiring colleagues around me. Their guidance, encouragement, and willingness to share their knowledge create an environment where I can genuinely succeed.
At Celanese, you’ll have the chance to refine your skillset while being surrounded by people who are committed to helping you progress. You’ll learn to face your fears, build confidence, and develop the tools necessary to overcome obstacles. So far, this placement has significantly strengthened my time management, communication, and self-confidence, making it an incredibly enriching and transformative experience.
