Our Customer & Services Management Development Programme is designed to give you an immersive, hands-on experience across a number of placements where you’ll be asked to deliver tangible results. Over three and a half years, you’ll undertake three six-month attachments – one of which will be overseas – before spending two years in a role which will cover the full breadth of our Customer & Services Management activities. And, if you prove yourself as much as we expect you will, you’ll progress into a leadership role.

Your placements might include services, sales support, marketing or business development, and one will be internationally-based. From the outset, you’ll be set business-critical challenges. It could be that you’re tasked with developing new marketing strategies, driving business growth through customer analysis, planning sales activities or even supporting, planning and scheduling our operations and services to meet customer commitments.
