Our customers include Sky, Sports Direct, Siemens, Lenovo, the University of Cambridge and Red Bull. We’re also the only UK vendor named in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for ITSM Platforms.
We’ve never taken outside investment and we’re not for sale. It means we can take a longer view on people and give them the time to learn properly.
Halo doesn’t make senior hires. Everyone joins at the same level and starts learning the business through real customers. From there, people learn from the colleagues already doing the job and move on when they’re ready.
We hire from any degree discipline. More than half of our people studied something other than business or IT, our average age is 24.5, and 93% joined Halo with no previous office experience.
