The Graduate Scheme at Halo begins with a month of training sessions designed to provide a basis of understanding into our ITSM, PSA and CRM software. During this time, you'll learn about the development of our products, and how they are implemented into bespoke service solutions for our customers.

After the initial training period, you'll work in a support role, helping existing clients with any technical issues they may have. This role will give you hands-on experience of working with clients and understanding their needs.

You'll learn how to handle queries, manage expectations, and troubleshoot problems. This role will allow you to develop your communication and problem-solving skills, as well as your technical expertise.

As you progress through the scheme, you will interact regularly with the different departments in the company which will help you find which area of the business you're best suited to.

When you're ready, you'll have the opportunity to take on an official role in an area that best fits your strengths and interests. Here, you will have the chance to continue your professional development and build a long-term career within the tech industry.

Entry Requirements

In order to apply to the Halo Graduate scheme, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 2:1 in any STEM discipline.
• Strong A-Level grades or equivalent.
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Available to work full-time.
• Customer service experience.
• Good all-round basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
