You will spend 18 to 24 months developing yourself within our community of energy innovators supporting our exciting projects. You will be joining newcleo at an exciting time for our team as well as the wider nuclear industry, with a real collaborative, vibrant and fast-paced environment.
This will include the opportunity to experience placements across our diverse, interesting projects in the UK, Italy, and France, working on our innovative Generation IV lead-cooled fast reactor (LFR) technology and mixed oxide (MOX) fuel manufacturing capability.
Our graduate programme is designed to provide graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. The programme is focused on providing participants with exposure to a range of departments and responsibilities, with a view to preparing them for future leadership roles within the organisation.
As a participant in the programme, you will work closely with senior professionals to contribute to newcleo’s mission. Through our projects, you may be involved in the research, analysis, design, management, strategic planning, and implementation of various projects.
You will have the opportunity to work with different teams to gain a broad understanding of our operations, culture, and values. You will work towards professional institute registration; mentored and supported by our experienced professionals.
