"Before working at newcleo, I interned for the OECD in Paris on policy advice and implementation. After this, I knew that I wanted to work with institutions in a way that related to government relations. I was excited to see such an oppourtunity at newcleo, and I joined in February 2023.
I have had great experiences at newcleo in terms of training and learning how to perform my role with independence and autonomy. I feel pushed to develop and take initiative, and really appreciate this managing style - I think it's an important skill to gain while younger.
I've also really enjoyed travelling for work, and feeling a sense of community with my colleagues even in other functions. Despite our growth in terms of employees, it feels that we still have a start-up mentality, and it's brilliant to constantly come into contact with experienced professionals - both within my own field and others."
