Our Services

Engineering Design

Salvis provide engineering design for mechanical and electrical building services, undertaking site surveys and assessments of existing installations and producing detailed design drawings and specifications for new services systems.

Project Management

Salvis provide the project management for mechanical and electrical engineering installations, including: project procurement, contract administration, principle designer role under CDM regulations, cost control and installation quality control.

Condition Surveys

Salvis can undertake condition surveys of existing mechanical and electrical building services systems and equipment to assess condition, suitability to deliver its service, and estimate working life expectancy.

Building Management System (BMS) Audits

There is a common misconception that if a Building Management System (BMS) is installed within a property or across an estate, then the plant, equipment, and building services systems will be operating efficiently. However, as with most systems, the output is only as good as the input.

Heat Networks Consultancy

Salvis has Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) registered Heat Networks Consultants which can provide guidance and support for both the technical and financial elements of delivering a district heating network.

Carbon Management

  • Zero carbon strategies
  • Carbon benchmarking and targeting

Energy Management

Salvis review installed services systems and develop an action plan for cost effective ways to reduce energy usage, optimise building performance and generate power locally.

Funding Opportunities

  • Options appraisals
  • Application support
  • Business case development
  • Green finance

Energy Legislation Compliance

Salvis use accredited dynamic building modelling software to model the thermal performance and energy efficiency of a building to achieve Building Regulations Part L2 (Conservation of Fuel and Power in Buildings other than Dwellings) compliance.

Utility Management

Energy and water invoices often contain errors which can lead to overpayments to suppliers. The errors are not always obvious and can relate to a number of different elements which make up the invoice sum.
