"I am coming up to 1 year on the Arla CIMA Finance Graduate Scheme, and my first rotation in price and performance management has been a great opportunity to immerse myself in the Commercial Finance Team and take on new challenges that allow me to apply knowledge from my degree to the real world, while balancing work commitments with my CIMA studies. One thing I have particularly noticed on the scheme is that there is a lot of support and encouragement for graduates to take on responsibility within their role, and develop new skills even beyond the scope of your current rotation through internal training initiatives. For example, I am currently completing a course in PowerBI and digital reporting through our internal digital academy team. The graduate community is a huge benefit too, as you will be supported throughout your initial months by the previous cohort of graduates while you find your feet and get to know fellow graduates from your intake!"
