You will be part of a network of graduates within Arla and, in addition to the rotations, you will also take part in a number of training events throughout the programme both internally and externally.

Any classroom training and will be accommodated within working hours, however to maximise your development opportunities and career path you will also be required to take a lead in your development. Within Arla we provide many learning resources through our Learning Library, that you will have access to and therefore we encourage you to utilise these to further your skills and knowledge. We also run many great initiatives such as a Learning week (a week with access to over 40 hours of learning opportunities), a monthly taste of learning (accessing learning opportunities and trends across Europe) to take time out to learn and focus on something new) to name but a few!
Whilst on the scheme you will be based in our Leeds Head Office, however there may be travel required within to attend customer meetings, site visits and training off site. We are however a national and global business therefore when you qualify from the scheme there may be opportunities outside of our Head Office in Leeds! You will be working 37.5 hours per week. Typically these hours will be spread across Monday to Friday. There may be a requirement to work outside of these hours for customer visits or training but we have a flexible approach within Arla.
