About the Role

Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career? We’re hiring a Production Operative to join our team in Lincoln. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.You’ll be part of a supportive team working on-site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output

Shift is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 11hr days every week

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day production activities
• Assisting with printing and colour processes
• Following clear procedures and safety guidelines
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Learning new skills through ongoing training

Requirements

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights & weekends)No colour vision deficiency (role requires colour accuracy)
