We are looking for ambitious students to join our Channel Programs Internship Programme, where you’ll work alongside a talented team, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful projects.

HP divisions are full members of the British Coatings Federation, which is the sole trade association for the UK paints, coatings, printing inks, and wallcoverings industry.

Requirements:

  • This is a 13-month placement year opportunity from July 1st, 2027, to July 31st, 2028.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Should be enrolled in a degree with placement year.
  • Preferred degrees (but not essential) include Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Channel Programs Strategy – Assist in the planning and execution of HP’s key channel programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyse Market Data – Collect and interpret key market insights to support program growth and effectiveness.
  • Engage with Partners – Work closely with HP’s channel partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales programs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with category managers, product management, and sales teams to deliver new technologies and programs to market.
  • Drive Marketing Initiatives – Support the channel marketing team in launching new initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Assist with Program Performance Tracking – Monitor, report, and optimize the effectiveness of sales incentives and partner engagement activities.
  • Support Partner Events & Trade Shows – Assist in organizing and managing key industry events, partner showcases, and internal sales training days.
