We will contact you initially to confirm that we have received your application. We will then contact you to confirm whether your application has been successful. If you have been successful at the application stage, we will invite you to complete either a numerical test or video interview depending on which department you have applied for.
Yes, we will provide feedback after the assessment centre; however, unfortunately we are unable to provide feedback after the applications and testing stages.

Yes, of course! There is no requirement for you to have studied for GCSEs or A-Levels, provided you have obtained an equivalent level in the corresponding international qualification.

LCP has a flexible working policy across all employees. We have core business hours (typically 10am-4pm), but beyond that graduates have flexibility to work in an agile way, as long as the needs of clients continue to be met. In addition, we operate a hybrid working policy which enables employees to split their working week between the office and working from home.
We ask employees to ‘dress appropriately for your day’. This means you can dress in clothes that make you feel comfortable. If you have a client or formal meeting, then we would expect professional clothing to be worn.

Our summer intern programme typically commences in early July.
The programme usually lasts for six to nine weeks, depending on the department. We may consider shorter or longer placements at our discretion.
Yes, we pay our interns and cover travel expenses if you are asked to attend a meeting outside your assigned office.
We will consider applications from candidates of all backgrounds providing they demonstrate an interest in the work that we do and meet our summer intern programme requirements.
Internships are granted to undergraduates in the penultimate year of their degree or above (with a view to potentially joining the following year’s graduate intake).
Typically, we only offer internships over the summer, although in exceptional circumstances we are willing to consider alternative dates for candidates who meet our requirements and can demonstrate a keen interest in the work we do.
Our summer internships are based in one department so that you can get a true sense of the work and get involved with projects in the team.

During your time with us you are treated like any other team member and will be invited to any departmental and firmwide socials that are happening at the time. You are also very welcome to join our range of sports and social clubs to get a real feel for life at LCP and the activities on offer.
Alongside the summer internship offering candidates experience in the role, we also use it as a feeder for our graduate programme. If both sides are happy to continue the relationship and your performance has been strong throughout the internship, then we would look to offer you a graduate role for the following September.
No, we are not able to provide sponsorship for our summer internship, you will need to have the right to work in the UK. You can apply for an internship if you hold a Student Visa which is valid for the duration of the summer programme.
