At Cranswick, we are seeking talented engineering graduates to join our three-year Graduate Programme at our Milton Keynes site. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment and develop the skills to become a future leader in engineering.

About the Engineering Graduate Programme

Our three-year Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to develop future engineering leaders at Cranswick. You will rotate across key areas including:

  • Reliability Engineering – maximising equipment performance and efficiency
  • Shift Management – leading teams and driving operational performance
  • Project Engineering – delivering engineering improvements and capital projects

Throughout the programme, you’ll take on real responsibility from day one, supported by structured training, mentorship, and continuous development.

We are seeking enthusiastic engineering graduates who are keen to work in manufacturing.
