Aerosensor designs and manufactures high-precision aerodynamic measurement devices used across applications ranging from elite cycling to Formula One.
We launched our first products in 2023 and, in July 2025, moved into a new laboratory at Dunsfold Park, home to our world-class probe calibration wind tunnel, capable of a wide range of onset angles at airspeeds of up to 275 mph. Our mission is to become the global leader in aerodynamic measurement.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not purely a desk-based design position. You will work closely with experienced engineers across mechanical design, aerodynamics, electronics and software to design, manufacture and test precision aerodynamic measurement equipment for customers ranging from automotive OEMs to Formula One teams.
A large proportion of your work will be based in our workshop and wind tunnel, fulfilling customer orders and developing new hardware, alongside designing parts in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE.
Working for a small, rapidly growing engineering company gives you the opportunity to make a real difference: to influence the direction of the company and to see probes you have designed, assembled and calibrated used on Formula One cars.
You must have the right to work in the UK. Aerosensor does not hold a sponsor licence and is not able to sponsor work visas for this role.
Aerosensor is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
