I joined Aquaterra Energy at the beginning of September 2014 after finishing my PhD in Mathematics at the University of East Anglia, where I had previously studied for an MMath as an undergraduate.
When I was looking for a job, Aquaterra Energy stood out as a place where I could utilise the skills I developed in my time at university and this has turned out to be the case. Every day the work requires the ability to solve problems, and think logically. It can be challenging but is immensely rewarding.
You are involved in important projects from the very beginning, and because of this I have learnt a lot. I finished my graduate rotation in 2016, and have continued to learn and advance my skills since then. The friendliness of staff here, along with their willingness to help each other are important reasons why I enjoy working for Aquaterra Energy so much.
