Progression from Graduate to where they are now: Initially joining the company I had relatively little work experience, and felt unsure as to how I would adapt to the working life. Despite my concerns, Aquaterra created an exciting and enjoyable transition for me to go from student to employee and I am loving it! The workload is very doable with management being very helpful and understanding, meaning I am becoming a better engineer and more confident in my abilities everyday.
