What they enjoy most about AE: The work is both interesting and challenging and I am thoroughly enjoying it and learning all the time. I have been given the opportunity to work on projects for some of the biggest companies in the oil and gas industry, and I really enjoy being given these responsibilities and feeling that my contribution is valued. My colleagues are really friendly and happy to help or answer any questions.
Progression from Graduate to where they are now: Aquaterra is committed to the professional development of its employees and there are plenty of opportunities for new training and qualifications, including Chartership. The first few steps of planning a career can be daunting but support and feedback is always available at Aquaterra if you ask for it. Since joining AE I have progressed from Graduate Analyst to Offshore Analyst, to where I am now as a Senior Analyst.
