Progression from Graduate to where they are now: Joining AE straight after university through their graduate programme has been an excellent start to my career. The scheme made the transition from student life to industry enjoyable and interesting. In the time I have been at AE, I’ve gained valuable hands‑on experience and learnt so much from the knowledgeable engineers across the business. The support and guidance I’ve received has helped me develop as an engineer.
