Progression from Graduate to where they are now: Over the course of my time at Aquaterra, I’ve been thrown into challenging and exciting projects right from the start. I’ve learnt a huge amount, both professionally and personally and every day genuinely feels like a school day! The oil and gas industry comes with a lot of acronyms and technical terms, but the company has been great at providing training and support to get up to speed.
Extra information: I’ve also been involved in client calls to discuss projects directly with them, which has been both challenging and rewarding. These experiences have helped me significantly improve my communication, presentation, and time‑management skills. As a graduate, you’re also enrolled on the pathway to becoming a Chartered Engineer, which has been an exciting opportunity.
