During the graduate scheme I was offered the opportunity of holding a position with a high level of responsibility, this included running & supporting a fast-paced operational project ensuring trains were built, tested and sold.

The scheme enables you to experience a variety of departments from engineering, supply chain, procurement and project management as well as providing opportunities to visit sites located around the country. I highly recommend completing the graduate scheme at Alstom, it allows you to understand which area within the company you wish to explore further upon the completion of the programme
