The graduate scheme at Alstom allows you to experience a diverse range of opportunities. It offers you freedom to explore the areas you wish to understand further, whilst providing a structured supportive rotation programme. During the graduate scheme I was offered the opportunity of holding a position with a high level of responsibility, this included running & supporting a fast-paced operational project ensuring trains were built, tested and sold.
Alstom provides a plethora of opportunities outside the day-to-day job role, from being involved in the graduate committee, experiencing a week on the production line to expanding upon your qualifications.
The scheme enables you to experience a variety of departments from engineering, supply chain, procurement and project management as well as providing opportunities to visit sites located around the country.
