Key Responsibilities

  • Support the wider team by undertaking a range of administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain and update contract records within the Sirion Contract Management Tool, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing issues and gaps within subcontract documentation and processes to improve compliance and contract management.
  • Provide general support to the team as required to ensure the effective delivery of contract and bid-related activities.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside standard business hours when required to support bid submission deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
