During my Master’s degree in Mathematics, I spoke to Hoare Lea at a careers fair. I learned about what fire engineering was and thought it sounded like an interesting opportunity to apply my degree to the real world. Since joining as a Graduate Fire Engineer in 2024, I’ve had the opportunity to work on many exciting projects, and I’ve learned a lot about how buildings stay safe.
