FAQs

I have made an application, what happens next?

Your application will be reviewed by our Recruitment team and appropriate members of our hiring community. Successful applicants will then receive an email invite to an assessment centre at Roke Manor, including requests for any further information we may require.

Our assessment centre includes a presentation for you to find out more about our business, a tour of Roke facilities, a technical demonstration, an opportunity to meet current graduates/employees, a group task and an interview (including a presentation).

I can’t make the assessment date, what should I do?

If you are unable to attend your interview, please contact our Recruitment team at the earliest convenience and they will try to accommodate an alternative date – michael.seaforth@roke.co.uk and/or david.bowyer@roke.co.uk.
