Client Facing World
Meaningful connections with clients create shared success for their business and your career.

We’re proud to be a workplace where people from all backgrounds can thrive. Inclusion isn’t just a word – it’s how we build strong, caring teams. We hire people for who they are and support them with benefits that care for their physical, emotional and financial well-being.

Flexibility matters too. While every role is different, we offer a thoughtful approach to how and where we work. We believe by giving our people the ability to manage their time, health, and commitments outside of work, we can build stronger, more engaged teams.

So, if you’re ready to a create a smarter, greener, more inclusive world, apply today.

Programme Overview

Our global programme will give you access to upfront, continuous learning and development, and the opportunity to work with organisations around the world, raising capital and creating growth in their communities. The opportunity is to work with us over the summer, but there may also be 6 to 12 months opportunities in an off-cycle internship or industrial placement.

Join one of our Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) internship programmes and you’ll kick-start a career with global impact, with incredible opportunities for lifelong learning, development and support. Our GCIB team is made up of our Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Transaction Services, Leasing and Investment Banking teams, and offer a full range of advice and services to organisations worldwide.

As a member of the team, you’ll be aligned to a product, country coverage, or industry group, and learn how to collaborate with our experts to provide the best solutions to clients.

Training and Development

Our internships are more than just work experience – they’re a launchpad for your development. From day one, you’ll be supported by mentors, take on real responsibilities, and build valuable skills through immersive learning and hands-on training across the business.

You’ll also have access to our industry-leading development hub, The Academy, providing you with expert onboarding, education, and professional development.
