All our questions are opportunities for you to showcase your skills and personality. We’re not trying to catch you out. We want to see the real you, but also the best you. Remember, this is a two-way process. Ask as many questions as you need to understand the role and if it’s the right fit for you.
Review the job advert carefully to make sure you understand what we’re looking for. Reflect on your career, key experiences, and projects. Consider how you’ve handled these situations and interacted with the people involved. Note down these key achievements, either mentally or on paper, and bring them to the interview.
The interview will be competency-based, requiring you to provide specific examples for particular scenarios. Speak clearly and take your time to think about the best example that fits the question before you respond. You may also be asked how you would approach a future task or issue, so consider the job and how you would handle these tasks if you haven’t already had direct experience.
